BODY COMPOSITION TEST
If you want to know your body fat percentages and levels of muslce mass, we utilise girth and skinfold measurements to understand body composition and estimate body fat %.
In a belt and braces approach we pair this with the use of the medically validated Seca Body Composition Analysis machine and compare the results from both tests.
